Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service describe baseline rules for using RSVRD, an event marketplace for clients, planners, venues, hotels, caterers, chefs, and related service providers. By using RSVRD, you agree to use the platform responsibly and only for lawful marketplace activity.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, activity under your account, protecting login credentials, honoring accepted proposals and marketplace commitments, and promptly updating contact, business, availability, pricing, and payment information.
Marketplace role and commissions
RSVRD provides tools for discovery, inquiry management, proposal workflows, bookings, and payment coordination. RSVRD may charge subscriptions, platform fees, commissions, payment processing fees, or other disclosed charges. Specific pricing, commission rates, and payout timing may vary by plan, partner type, written agreement, or checkout disclosure.
Payments
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Users must provide accurate billing and payout information and authorize applicable charges, deposits, commissions, refunds, or adjustments shown during checkout or in a written agreement.
Prohibited conduct
- Submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, or unlawful content.
- Harassing other users, scraping the platform, spamming leads, or interfering with marketplace operations.
- Attempting to bypass platform fees, payment flows, access controls, or security protections.
- Uploading malicious code or using RSVRD to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSVRD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party services, marketplace participants, event cancellations, inaccurate user submissions, or circumstances outside RSVRD’s reasonable control.
Dispute resolution and governing law
Before filing a claim, users should make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes with RSVRD through support. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
RSVRD may update these terms as the marketplace changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
