RSVRD is an event marketplace that helps event clients, planners, venues, hotels, caterers, chefs, and related partners discover opportunities, exchange inquiries, manage proposals, and process payments. This Privacy Policy explains the baseline categories of information we may collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, and role or account type.
- Event and marketplace information such as event dates, guest counts, location preferences, budget ranges, service needs, proposal details, messages, reviews, and inquiry content.
- Account and usage information such as login/session data, preferences, dashboard activity, support requests, and device or browser information.
- Payment-related information processed through Stripe. RSVRD does not need to store full card numbers for marketplace checkout.
How we use information
We use information to operate the marketplace, match customers with relevant partners, manage inquiries and proposals, provide customer support, improve product quality, prevent fraud or abuse, process payments, send transactional notices, and comply with legal or operational obligations.
Third-party sharing
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate RSVRD, including payment processing through Stripe, hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics tools, communication tools, and professional advisors. Marketplace participants may also receive information needed to respond to an inquiry, booking request, proposal, or transaction.
