Security

Our approach

RSVRD is designed to protect marketplace data such as account details, event inquiries, proposal information, messages, and payment-related workflows using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.

Data protection basics

  • Data is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS where supported.
  • Access controls are used to limit access to account, marketplace, and internal operational information based on user role and business need.
  • Payment card processing is handled through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, so RSVRD does not need to store full card numbers for standard checkout flows.
  • Operational monitoring and review practices may be used to identify abuse, fraud, suspicious activity, and workflow misuse.

User responsibilities

Users should use strong passwords, protect account access, keep contact and payout information current, and promptly report suspicious account activity or marketplace abuse.

No absolute guarantee

No online service can guarantee perfect security. RSVRD works to use reasonable safeguards, but users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information through event inquiries, proposals, messages, or attachments.

Reporting a security concern

To report a suspected security issue, contact RSVRD through the support link in the footer or through your account dashboard if available.
